My name is Giasuddin. I live in Saudi Arabia.
I have a Samsung Galaxy A55 phone. I haven't received the One UI 7 (Android 15) update on my phone yet, even though I know that this update has started rolling out in Saudi Arabia. I check my phone regularly but don't find any updates. Could you please tell me when this update will be available for my phone and why it might be delayed? I am ready to provide my phone's model number and IMEl number if needed. Thank you.
