You can open Bixby from the lock screen.
However, to protect the user’s personal information, only the titles of 4 cards (Gallery, Contacts, Video, and Calendar) will appear, as displaying their full contents may put your personal information at risk.
To set up a card you want to use on the lock screen, go to Bixby > Settings > Show on Lock screen, and select which cards you wish to display on the lock screen.
Configuration path:
Open ︙ in the upper right side of Home, go to Settings > Show on Lock screen, and turn a specific app on or off.
