Have you guys ever tried using bixby. I tried few times earlier and tried a lot today. It really socks in catching our English accent. Nowhere comparable to Alexa or Google Assistant.
Samsung's bixby division has to focus on localization improvements especially in India being a diversified country with multiple languages and accents.
I still appreciate Samsung for developing in house technologies like this but needs continued improvements for customers satisfaction.
I request the brand ambassadors and members to take this to Samsung's notice.
