Bixby can hear your wake up command only when the screen is ON

So One more function has been removed from Bixby by today update. Bixby wont work when screen is off. Why did samsung do this? Any solutuon for this? 

My device is A71

then it's removed ..may be for security purposes

Same with me...does it also happens with ok google??? In my case its deactivated when screen off in both apps

It was like this from the start. Voice wake up worked with screen on.
It seems you didn't notice it earlier.
I am using A71.
