Bixby Voice Password Unlock

I am facing this issue where I am not able to perform quick commands via Bixby when my phone is locked. I have enabled voice unlock and Bixby even asks for my voice password when I say Hi Bixby followed by the quick command, but afterwards it still asks for biometric verification and it fails to perform my quick command if I don't unlock my phone manually.

Clear it's data. Refresh the phone and try again.

Google Assistant can't perform quick commands which include changing deep level device settings like turn on battery saver.

delete ur old voice commands. add new voice and set voice weakup in high sensitivity

I tried that. Didn't help. Although I just discovered that quick commands which involve calling works in the same situation.

Only quick commands which involve changing device settings or performing tasks inside apps don't work.

Due to security restrictions it may be possible as only voice is not secure. Do check by putting off biometrics and trying the same.

If I completely disable everything including Intelligent Scan, Fingerprints and Pin/Pattern, it works. But that is obvious. Even if only Pin is enabled, it doesn't work.
