After March 2020 secuirty patch update my j7pro is switching off automatically.

Okay then install the previous update. The update your phone has before installing the march patch.

yes go to Sam mobile website enter your mobile model and country and you can see all the updates of your phone. You can download them and flash it through Odin using a pc
