It may be a software glitch ,try rebooting or take it to the nearest service center. Just try reaching out samsung with the new whatsapp customer support

your question seems to be incomplete your speaker rings but when ? if it rings during the call even when earphone is connected then its normal that is a feature in every phone but if its sounds during normal activity like music than its a problem.

It is normal you hear system sounds like call, alarm etc but not media. If you can hear media too then it's a issue.
