Did a software update today and my a71 stops charging. Tried with different working chargers no help. Also can only charge from my laptop using different Samsung charger. Has any body faced this issue. Any help? It's just 8 days old handset and having issue @Samsung disappointed to be honest.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Charge the device Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e; please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
