I had bought my new samsung s20 fe on 23rd of this month  but lately I have been facing touching screen issues

It becomes unresponsive or ghost touches and gets fixed if you lock and unlock your device right? If this is what you're facing then worry not brother it's a bug and can be solved with software. You have perfectly fine panel on your device. Hope that helps 😊

It is a software issue but if you really want to go to Samsung's service center visit and let me know if they can do anything about it. 😊
