Just purchased S9 from Bhubaneswar ( as my favourite color mobile was available there) and next day my flight was to Bangalore where I'm living. When started operating the mobile I found the touch is not properly working when pulling the screen down. Reached to service centre they told that was a defective product and it can be replaced by the same dealer it was purchased. Called customer care got the same answer. Again talked to the dealer where I purchased. As per his suggestion send the mobile through courier which cost was Rs. 3000 to send the courier. Again i have to pay Rs.3000 for receiving the product. Also the dealer saying that that colour may not be available after replacement.
