I really want to request Samsung to increase the years of software updates to 4 years rather than just 2. We pay so much of money for your S and Note series of smartphones and by the time we buy it, its already 6 months old and we get only 1.5 years of software support. For Samsung to regain value for the money they price their phone, please provide Galaxy S and Note phones with atleast 4 years to Software updates. Thank you.
