Camera resolution limited to 12mp on 3rd party app

Has anyone tried to install a 3rd party app in samsung A50S and are able to set the resolution of 48mp rear camera and 32mp front camera setting which is the highest resolution available on the stock camera app? If yes, could anyone provide a solution to this.

I tried to install open camera app from play store and the resolution was limited to 12mp for rear and 5mp for front camera, but I was able to use the full resolution as the stock camera app on Samsung a50.

Just wanted to know if it is specific to A50S and if any solution can be found. As I mentioned, resolution setting are working fine on the A50.

Use defult camara bro not use any third party apps for camara default camara have much features

yes it is happening in all m and a series phones with 48 mp camera,as actually the camera is of 12 mp only, but samsung uses a technology for increasing pixels and turning 12 mp pics in 48 mp , by 4 times upscaling

whenever i use camera from 3 rd party app for example whatsapp adobe scan after that my A50 starts lagging in the animations and app opening closing and recent app view after that if i take photo from default camera app it works again smooth
this problem comes with android 10 ota in march i didn't notice real cause but now i find out this is the reason of lagging i update my phone software 2 times from service centre after that i find the real cause of lagging anyone gets same problem?
