I am using the phone Samsung galaxy z flip 3 5G even in my network options it shows 5G network but when we check in the Airtel thanks app for 5G compatible and set it says your handset does not support 5G please help Samsung what need to be done to start using 5G in this phone

Please off 2nd sim temporarily and try to check eligibility in airtel thanks app.
