Airtel 5g not working on s23 ultra, pls suggest what to do

List shows it is 5G phone in the airtel page

Seems like an issue with the Airtel app itself. The app displays s23 ultra in 5G list , but gives same error when I tried.Poor phone detection implementation from airtel. Not issue with phone since I tried with Jio and it works flawless.

Yes it is working with jio but not with airtel
My regular sim is airtel

Sir place only 1 sim in phone and that in ist slot
After reinstall your airtel app
Your problem will be solved
