My Fingerprint scanner is not registering my fingers

My Fingerprint scanner is not registering my finger it's going upto 19% and then stop it will not go to upto 100%.
I did already factory reset my phone, Remove screen protector also and again same issue.
Please help me anyone.
I see something Biometric Fingerprint update is there (10 MB like) through Galaxy store it was urgent update.
Can u send me that type of update please Samsung team.
