معرض جالاكسىI am extremely disappointed with how the One UI 7 update is being handled for premium older devices like the Galaxy S23 Ultra. These are flagship phones, and yet you are stating that the update rollout has been paused due to issues.
However, none of these issues seem to affect the new devices you are launching — those are receiving the update without any problem. This feels like a deliberate strategy to push users into buying new models by making older devices seem outdated or problematic.
What Samsung doesn't seem to realize is that such practices can make loyal customers lose trust and move to other brands altogether. A single misstep like this could cost you a large portion of your user base.
Please reconsider how you’re treating your current users — we expect better from a brand of your stature.
