xbox 360 doesn't support wireless connectivity to your phone ( it doesn't have Bluetooth like the ps4/5 or xbox one / xbox SX . you can either use a wired controller through USB or you have to buy the wireless adapter for the xbox 360 controller and plug that into ur phone
