Android 10 has been Released for galaxy note 9 few day's ago, if you don't receive android 10 so reset your device and check again, of also you don't receive so you should go to nearest service center... they will fix your device in sha allah...

me too did not receive it for note 9 and i chat with support they said it do not come for all note one time it come in stages and they told me to call them again if it did not come by the end of January
