i ordered a note 20 ultra on the 16th of last month and have not received it till date. your customer service did absolutely nothing in solving my issue i asked for samsung office in Saudi and all i was told is that you partners like extra and jarir.. what i dont understand is that note 20 ultra have been available everywhere in K.S.A except with you. You have failed to deliver your product to your loyal customers who preordered your item, i though the point of preorder was to receive the item before anyone. Your are only concerned with large sales to your partners and have very little concern your customers and your staff would not even give me a answer to why my product is late all they said is it will ship when it ship so deal with it.. i will not be buying anymore Samsung products even though i have purchased samsung phone year by year after such bad service and delays with no explanation. i have lost faith in your product and customer service line.
