solid white square

Hi, i updated my Samsung s20 ultra yesterday, 1 day after noticed iA plain white square icon stated to appear at the top left corner of the notification bar.. I am not able to get rid of it, even if i clear this still showing and this icon is not associated with any application on the phone,  i restarted my phone, and turn of on but still showing, you cannot find when you scroll down to press, it only show in the notification bar, kindly advise

Did but nothing changed, i had to allow permission again app by app all over again🤦

I solved it,, forced stop google store from apps and reactivating again
