Hi I'm in iraq i have galaxy s7 edge android 7.0 no coming new updated for me .(SM-G935FD)
and my no root 
Please help me 
also samsung health not working i want to  opening app but not working same thing writing and talking about Knox

You have to install a new rom
contact your samsung services provider

flash a firmware, using Odin, .. download the firmware from sammobike.com and flash the. tar file only.. in the AP slot..
your device will be as good as brand new..
don't forget to backup your data..
