Good evening, I had a problem with my galaxy tab a 10. 1 2019. Due to the high temperatures in Egypt lately, the screen of the tablet fell off the tab and the Display cables separated from the screen itself. Then I went to the nearest Samsumg maintenace center to fix the problem. The staff refused to fix it in Front of me and they took it inside. Till now there is no problem. They told me the problem lays in the Display card and it would cost me 500 EGP to replace it. I didn't let them fix it and took it home to rethink it. I opened the tab up again to check on it and found the latch, which should hold the display cable, broken *professionaly*. I wanted to file a complaint about this issue and the call Center didn't accept it unless the tablet is already there, although I had a receipt, which states that the maintenace Center opened it up and checked it.
