when is the oreo update coming to lebanon on the s8 did anyone get it ?

Yes. Actually once i saw the S9 thats what i said in my head: Actually all those new features will come to my phone by the next Update(regardless the camera hardware lol)

And im gonna get Oreo And Pie Updates

So untill i get those 2 Updates , The Galaxy X would be launched with Android X(10) so i would have all the updates and new features i'd ever need.
