After updating to one UI 3.0 volte no longer works on carrier STC

This is a common issue have occured with all users, the VOLTE stopped working suddenly with January security update on S10 Lite & S20 FE and the Dec security update on Note 10 device. I hope Samsung and carriers address the problem and solve it ASAP !
