My mobile is in Samsung Galaxy A 70. Yesterday I downloaded Pubg from Galaxy Store with mobile data but the whole thing got stuck again and the Galaxy Store told me to download it from the first. This is nonsense.

Download the apk + obb file

Install the game and move the obb file to the Android - obb folder

make sure that you have enough space 

check the internet connection 

make sure that you have enough balance 

you can try to clear data cache for galaxy store app by the following steps : settings - apps -galaxy store - storage - clear cache 

also make sure that all apps and the device are on the last update 

check the time and date settings 

also try to logout from your account in galaxy store and login again 

try to restart your device in the safe mode by pressing the power button with the volume buttons together for 7 sec

why didn't you download it from play store? it's better than galaxy store.

you are right.next time any game i am download from playstore

and must use a stable WIFI connection to download any big files downloading from app store
as you know PUBG is 2 GB
