text massages sound problem

ii dont know what happe d it was working good but unfortunatlly im not getting sound of my incoming massags even i check twice i turned it on but when massages come i dont get any sound.. whats the problem

does this issue occur on all of your apps? are you on silent mode?

no just on text messages.. not any other app.. im not on silent mode i checked so many times
