smasung khobar KSA rejected to repair my phone S7 edge claiming that water is inside the mobile. 1 it is supooaed to be water resistant 2 no water was subjected to the phone 3 very bad atitude and no respect and service center 4 they are tring to avoid screen chane 5 the screen had pink color line before it failed totally 6 the phone was 3 month old max and still inder warranty.
i use samsung since 6 years the first time i need support or repair and it is the worst
my s7edge had the pink line, I went to axiom telecom and the replaced the screen, whole front side (glass, home button and speaker grill) and also the side frame under warranty
