I have s10e i bought it from emirates and when i got here in egypt and put my sim card on i never received an update from security patch Level February 1, 2019 ..it that possible ? I bought a flagship phone from samsung and thats what i get ?! Please find me a solution

The updates are released based your service provider not just Samsung. If it is available in Egypt, your phone will receive it.
