pubg is lagging while playing on mobile network only, S20plus

When playing on wifi no issue, with mobile network its lagging.

some network providers throttle the internet while using it with some apps like youtubes , some games
specially during rush hours

kindly check if there's any software updates 

and you can reset the network settings from the device settings then general management - rest network settings 

you can also
