The phone is stop working and restarting itself while i am using it and don't know why !! I reset it and it working properly for while then it return again after installing apps
if are backing up your data and apps try setup your device as a new one after resting it, so if the error are backed up it will not reinstalled again, also try to resting your device from recovery option not from factory rest option . my best guess it's an app or a file with an error and it backed up, if that did not solve your problem do the next, from samsung Members app press get help, do error diagnoses , or contact support from the app . good luck
