problem with fingerprint

i faced problem with fingerprint
it's sometimes not working, is this problem in hardware or software or something else? anybody faced problem like that ?

I face it alot all you have to do is make sure your fingerprint sensor and your finger are clean

i tried to delete the finger that i create it when i bought the phone and create another fingerprint and i think it's solved but just i want to sure from another users. thank you for you respond ❤️
