problem sound (facebook & youtube)

I have problem with my S10+ (facebook and youtube )sound from phone but in normal sound from speaker .and if i make restart my phone back normal.

Please i want some one help me to finish this problem.

galaxy s10 plus has 2 speaker,Which speaker is making a sound? From the ear speaker or the speaker next to the charging pin?

this happen to me when I am in a call with imo as example and another call come from other app .... the main speaker stop with any media I restart mobile to fix it ... I don't know another solution .
