problem in FAST CHARGING which was bought from saudi now using in india

i am using samsung s7 my brother also is using samsung s7 now there is a problem in charging my phone. the fast charging is not working. now my brother is also facing the same problem. is there any problem occured in your device too please let me know

my phone is note8 , but i'll tell u something that maybe samsung will creat an update to fix that problem that u and ur bro have ,,

beside that , its not a big problem , thank Allah that is the problem not in the system or in the camera etc...
and i hope ur problem will get fixed.

i try connecting to computer but not working. even the OTG is not working.

reboot your phone into safe mode and try to charge or use OTG
