عندى مشكلة فى شريط الاشعارات فى اس ٨ بلس 

بينزل عادى والفون مقفول او بس lock screen 

اما لو فتحته وجييت انزل الشريط مش بينزل تماما ولو فتحت اى آب مش بينزل 

ايه الحل

My notification bar is not goinn down with me when the phone the phone is open "home screen" or any app .. just can't pull it down .

I can when it's on lock screen . So the screen is not damaged or somehow its working but idk the exact problem and how to fix it ?

Anyone can help
