I have called samsung more than 50 times the last 3 months for the galaxy buds + which i shouldve received with the galaxy s20 plus because i preorderd the phone but every time i call now they tell me no the due date that u bought the phone was late which is impossible cause i bought it with my friend at the same time and he received the galaxy buds and i still didnt which is samsung customer service is💩
