I ve been having issues with my S21 ultra after the the android 12 update. 

Network keeps dropping & mobile data will switch on and off continuously on 4g and 5g.

I updated my mobile on the 4 January 2022. Immediately after the upate the phone crashed and now I can't even make a phone call.

Has anyone found a fix, I have wiped the cache, restarted the phone, reset the network connections and even got a new sim with new network packages/text.

Nothing works, it seems to be an issue with the firmware itself. when will this be fixed!!!!!!!

It happened a lot unfortunately
Now that you've tried everything possible, you would have to go to the closest Samsung service center to get it fixed!
Some people over here had their phones's motherboards replaced due to the exact same problem you're having!
