In my s20ultra mobile I select network mode 5G/LTE/3G/2G auto connect but only 5G single are coming if 5G not available the then LTE and other network also not coming and I also rest network setting but same issue

Most probably the issue from the operator not from the device it self .. try to contact your operator to refresh your SIM card in the system. Otherwise, try to reset the network settings by following these steps:
Settings - General Management - Reset - Reset Network Settings

when I changed my phone then Iam facing this issue and I know it is not network operator issue Samsung has to fix this problem in next update because when I am making a call my device catching full signal when call disconnecte then it droppe the singles

Then try the network reset as i mentioned previously. I think it will be resolved
