also battery charge quickly quickly finish. if I install too much apps quickly finish charge.

 battery performance has deteriorated. You either need to change the battery or get a new phone 

Video call generates exccive heat, so try to stay in a cold room or use active fan cooling during video call 

Note that Exynos 990 had overheating & battery draining issues, which makes the situation even worse

You're welcome. If the battery state is normal, It means your battery health health is above 90%, & feel like replacing it won't provide significant improvements. 

Using active cooling or changing the phone will be the best possible solution 

It's your choice in the end.
