also you can restart your device in the safe mode by pressing the power button with the volume down and volume up buttons
Clear the cache and data of the Iris scanner
- From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access the Apps screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Scroll to and touch the desired app.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap CLEAR CACHE.
- Tap CLEAR DATA.
- Tap Delete
