how to activate esim in S20 plus purchased from Saudi Arabia

I have purchased S20 plus from Saudi Arabia and whenever I follow the process of adding my esim I couldn't find the Add mobile plan in the Sim card manager. Does this mean my telephone does not support that.

One of the reason of purchasing S20 plus is its compatibility for esim. How this can be resolved.
