Where u bought that s7 ?
First u need to activate with the same country sim where you bought s7

Yes cr7 you can activate or open these lock. First put the country sim into the phone where you bought it. Speak to someone from that sim for about five minutes then it will get automatically unlocked after then you can use your phone with any other country sim.

This can be both software and hardware problem too
Software problem-
I want to ask you first when the line appeared on your s7 edge. If it appeared after software update then you have to factory reset or downgrade you're mobile software.
Hardware- if your phone has been fallen down or bended your display will get affected then you have no chance to repair it you should give your phone to Samsung service.
