Why i cant fast replay from the notifications...???

I used to do it... but now it says System UI error ...after deleting storage cleaner from device maintenance ..aslo the removed the camera and calls from S view.... whhhhhhhyyyyy....... why the hell is that happening  ...i thinks Samsung updates... they want us to upgrade our mobiles... I'll buy an I phone next time..😡😡😡🤬🤬

man...I use it sooo much... i talk with many people at the same time...so i need it...second...why i can't use it...**bleep** with it???.. i just want to enjoy this **bleep**... listen...i can't find this fast replay stuff in the settings... where can I find it??... I remember that i could turn it off and on... but i can't find it in the settings...can you help me with that??
