I have problem with S9+. it is so weird that I don't get notification for missing calls only messages. I check the notification settings and it is not blocked.

please any advise on this issue and how it can be fixed

This is a problem with some s9 and s9+ .Samsung is currently working to fix this issue. Soon you should get an update which will solve this issue
