delay in Preorder Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra

Hello Samsung

I am so disappointed.

I preorderd my Device immediately after the Launch on 11th Feb 2020.Upto now(8th Mar 2020) i didnt receive my Device.

Other Electronic companies already delivered their preorder to there customers.

Is this the defination of Pre order?

Really Disappointed.

A big fan of samsung facing that kind of service then how you can expect others to order from Samsung E-Store?
