I talked to Samsung live chat a couple of hours ago and they said at first that the update is available right now in Saudi Arabia for the S9, S9+ and Note 9.
I told them that there is no update until now, at the end they said "we apologize for the delay and wait until the update arrive to your mobile"

I really like Samsung but..
