no beta in ksa for s9+

till today no advance update. even i tried by using USA VPN by Wifi and blocked my Saudi SIM by flight mode and tried several times to check for update Beta version, but unfortunately nothing. even security patch for December 2019 is not yet updated for my Note 10 plus. every time same message seen your software is up-to-date.
