Why media and devices app doesn't have an app icon on the app screen list also i didn't find it when I search for it both in Google play store and galaxy app store i only reached for it from the selection of "app details in store" from the app settings which opened a page in store except it has no active button to open the app or update it, the same happens when I got notified that there is a new version available and press update it took me to the same page but not updating at all, I want to know what's the problem with this app why it's not opening or updating even doesn't have an icon like other apps for ex. Game launcher or samsung notes etc.
it's a system app therefore there is no icon that you can click on to open it, it is found in the settings and the control panel, this is normal. There are lots of apps like this.
ok it doesn't have an icon cause it's a system app why it's not updating properly i got notified about a new version available but when I pressed update it took me to the app page in galaxy store and didn't update at all
