After an update my s21 fe cannot connect to 2.4GH wifi networks anymore...
It only connects to 5GH networks 
I TRIED SEVERAL ROUTERS AND RESETED MY ROUTER AND NOTHING CHANGED
the problem is in the phone because all other phones i own from other companies connect to these 2.4 gh networks normally 
So i need help and thanks

kindly follow the below steps 
settings -General Management - Reset -Reset all settings 
for wifi issue kindly check below steps
In regards to your query, kindly follow the below steps:
Check if the phone has dropped or exposed to water 
Try another Wi-Fi connection 
Dial *#2663#
Tap Refresh Wi-Fi version
If you are still facing the same issue we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-
Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset →
RESET → DELETE ALL.
Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch 
from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup
