A message pop up written"configure system settings" press it and then select update it will restart your device then a pop up of your selected service will open . You'll be able to select multiple options regarding your network carrier

How did you get that configuration message?
I mean, was it through Samsung updates, Google updates, the telecom company, or where exactly?
And what is the type of your phone?

Configuration system pop up . Your device will restart then you'll have a message from your carrier network to update their patch then you'll restart the device. Mine is S23 ultra
