Wifi Calling not showing - S25U

The option of Wifi calling is not showing on my S25 Ultra , I am sure that my carrier offers it as it was working in my previous Oppo phone, but since I used my Samsung, I can't see it

If it's still not showing try changing your csc to another country in my case it appeared when i changed the csc to egy

someone told me about it and using the app SamFW is it safe, did you receive regular updates after ?
and aslo did the call recording appear?
